- All new clients must submit Identification to place an online order! No ID = No Service! BOTH PICTURES ARE REQUIRED!
- 2 Pictures need to be provided with new online membership:
(1) Closeup Pic of Identification Card
(1) Selfie Pic with Identification Card held in your hand! - All deliveries are made within the CHICAGO METROPOLITAN AREAS ONLY! Delivery zones are listed on the bottom of our website
- We DO NOT deliver to outside of Chicago, IL at this time. We DO NOT service SOUTH SIDE CHICAGO.
- Most orders are completed (not to be confused with delivered) within 1.5-2 Hours from your online ordering time.
- Any adjustments or amendments made AFTER placing an online order may result in a delayed delivery time, a sales rep will inform you with an adjusted delivery time if applicable.
- DRIVERS DO NOT CARRY CHANGE: Please have exact cash amount ready upon delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy. (This is to help ensure driver safety!)

A: No, once you’re a member and have completed one order with us; you can freely place orders without uploading those pictures.

A: At the moment we do not accept any electronic payments. We are a cash only business.
A: The driver does not carry any cash or change with them. Please have the exact amount when receiving your order
A: We use time-window for deliveries to ensure you will get within the hour you selected. If there are any delays we will contact you prior to delivery.
A: There is no central driver number, our drivers will contact you once they have your order ready for delivery.
A: Our flowers are all by tiers from Exotics, Private Reserve, Top Shelf, Mid Shelf, and Low Shelf.
A: As soon as you submit your order we start to prep it.
A: Add the new client deal to your cart and enjoy the freebie! (MUST SPEND AT LEAST $40)
A: Make sure your referral enters your name and number in the order notes in his/her order has been completed. Then add the referral deal to your cart and make sure to include your referrals info and check out. You may add other items too!
